Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on teachers r tutors can be refunded within 3 days, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy and there is a valid reason for requesting a refund, which may be determined by teachersrtutors.com.
Certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds, because of the nature of accessing courses online in digital format. Once courses have been accessed online, they are easy to copy, and this is not fair for our instructors and sellers. For more information regarding our refund policy, please see below.
Our 3-day policy
While our 3-day refund policy is to allow students to learn risk free, we must also protect our instructors from fraud and provide them with a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors after 3 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

Credit only refunds
In cases where a transaction is not eligible for a cash refund, the refund will be granted using credits towards another course, provided it otherwise meets our 3-day refund policy.
If your course purchase is only eligible for a credit refund, this will be indicated on the refund page or you may contact the instructor or seller or you may contact us.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail any physical product to the instructor or seller address:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
